The old Venetian town of Koroni, with its narrow cobbled streets and small harbour
for local fishing boats, is positioned on a steep hillside, near the southwestern point of the Peloponnese.
When looking to the east across the bay, it provides a stunning view of the "Mani Peninsular" and the "Taygetos Mountains" which are topped with snow in winter.
Overlooking the town, there are still the remains of the Koroni's Byzantine Castle with its solid walls and which are illuminated by night.
The well-known 3 km sandy "Saga" beach, positioned west of the town, is a favoured breeding place for the endangered "Caretta Caretta" or "Loggerhead" turtle,
as it is still an undisturbed and very quiet place and not yet "spoiled" by tourism. The well-known 3 km sandy "Saga" beach, positioned west of the town,

The surrounding area with its olive groves, traditional villages and beautiful beaches is idyllic.
Green hills and valleys carpeted with wild flowers in spring; long and warm summer days right through till November and very short mild winters.
We believe that there is no better place to build your "dreamhouse" either as investment or for a well deserved holidays or even may be later as a permanent residency.
